• Open Access Fee: Included in APC

The APC is charged only after the manuscript has been accepted and is used to cover editorial processing, online publication, long-term archiving, and open-access dissemination.

Waiver Policy

Authors who face financial constraints may request an APC waiver or reduction. All waiver requests are evaluated fairly and do not influence the editorial or peer-review decision.
