Author Guidelines

Authors submitting to ELINTECH are expected to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient manuscript processing and publication. Please read and follow each point carefully before submission.

1. Manuscript Preparation

  • The manuscript must be written in English and use clear, concise, and grammatically correct language.
  • Use the provided ELINTECH template for submission (DOCX format).
  • Manuscripts should be typed with 1.15 spacing, font size 11pt, using Lato or Times New Roman.
  • Articles should be between 4000–8000 words, including tables and references.
  • Ensure that all figures and tables are numbered, titled, and placed appropriately within the text.

2. Structure of the Article

  • Title: Concise and informative (max 16 words).
  • Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing the objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.
  • Keywords: 3–5 keywords separated by semicolons (;)
  • Sections: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
  • References: Use IEEE style; minimum 15 references (at least 60% from the last 5 years).

3. Submission Procedure

  • Authors must register and log in to the ELINTECH submission portal to submit their manuscripts.
  • Only manuscripts submitted through the online system will be considered.
  • Ensure that all required metadata (title, authors, affiliation, abstract, keywords) are filled in accurately.
  • Upload DOCX format only. PDF version may be requested during review.

4. Peer Review and Revision

  • Manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.
  • Authors will receive detailed comments and are expected to revise the manuscript accordingly.
  • Revision must be submitted within 2 weeks unless otherwise stated.
  • Revised manuscripts should highlight changes and include a response letter.

5. Publication and Copyright

  • Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.
  • All articles are published under an open-access model and licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.
  • No article processing charge (APC) is currently applied.
  • Plagiarism detection is strictly enforced; similarity index must be below 20%.
