Peer Review Process

JEITechno applies a rigorous and transparent double-blind peer review process to ensure the scientific quality and originality of every manuscript. This process is designed to support constructive academic discourse and uphold ethical publishing standards. All submissions are treated fairly, confidentially, and with respect.

1. Submission Check

The Editor-in-Chief or Editorial Assistant evaluates the manuscript for scope relevance, formatting, and compliance with author guidelines. Plagiarism is checked using Turnitin or similar software.

2. Assignment to Section Editor

If the submission passes the initial screening, it is assigned to a Section Editor with expertise in the relevant field.

3. Double-Blind Peer Review

The manuscript is reviewed anonymously by at least two independent reviewers. Authors and reviewers remain unaware of each other's identities. Reviewers assess originality, technical soundness, clarity, and contribution to the field.

4. Reviewer Recommendations

Each reviewer provides a recommendation: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. Detailed feedback is provided to support editorial decisions and help authors improve their work.

5. Editorial Decision

The Section Editor evaluates the reviews and makes a final decision. In case of conflicting reviews, a third reviewer may be invited. Authors are notified promptly.

6. Revision and Resubmission

Authors submit revised versions based on reviewer comments. Revisions may undergo another round of review if necessary. Editors ensure that all concerns have been addressed before proceeding.

7. Final Acceptance and Publication

Once the manuscript is accepted, it enters the production stage, including copyediting, layout formatting, and final proofreading before being published online. Authors receive galley proofs for final approval.

Note: JEITechno adheres to the principles of transparency, confidentiality, and ethical publishing based on COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines. We ensure that all ethical misconduct is handled properly and fairly.
