Author Guidelines

Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to the Journal of Intelligent Control and Electrical Engineering (JICEE) must follow the guidelines outlined below. Manuscripts that do not comply with these instructions may be returned for correction or rejected.

1. Manuscript Type and Scope

JICEE accepts original research articles, review papers, and technical reports in areas such as intelligent control systems, embedded electronics, signal processing, and electrical engineering applications.

2. Formatting Guidelines

  • Manuscript should be written in clear English (UK or US, consistently).
  • Use the official JICEE template in MS Word format.
  • Maximum length: 10–15 pages, including tables, figures, and references.
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 11 pt, single spacing, justified.

3. Manuscript Structure

  • Title: concise and informative.
  • Abstract: max 250 words, followed by 3–5 keywords.
  • Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
  • References: formatted in IEEE style, numbered.

4. Submission Procedure

Submissions must be made through the journal's online submission system. Authors must register and log in to submit and track their manuscript.

5. Ethical Standards

All submitted manuscripts must follow the ethical standards outlined in our Publication Ethics. Plagiarism, duplicate submission, and data falsification are strictly prohibited.

6. Peer Review

All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two qualified reviewers. The process typically takes 4–8 weeks. Authors will be notified of the decision through the journal system.
