Journal of Intelligent Control and Electrical Engineering (JICEE) is committed to maintaining open access publishing without financial barriers. Below is our transparent policy on article processing and publication charges.

1. Article Processing Charges (APC)

FREE of charge. JICEE does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, or publication. All articles are published open access at no cost to authors or readers.

3. Optional Costs (if applicable)

JICEE currently does not charge for fast-track review, reprints, or extra pages. Should any fee be introduced in the future, authors will be notified transparently.
