Haqqiyyah: Journal of Islamic and Legal Studies is a peer-reviewed open-access academic journal dedicated to the dissemination of original and high-quality research in the fields of Islamic law, jurisprudence, legal theory, and contemporary issues surrounding Islamic legal thought and practice.
