Haqqiyyah: Journal of Islamic and Legal Studies welcomes submissions of original scholarly articles in the fields of Islamic law, legal studies, and interdisciplinary legal research. All manuscripts must adhere to the following submission guidelines:

1. Manuscript Types

• Original research articles
• Conceptual and theoretical papers
• Case studies and legal reviews

2. Language

Manuscripts may be written in English. However, titles, abstracts, and keywords must be provided in English.

3. Formatting

• Use MS Word (.docx) format, A4 paper size, 1.15 spacing, Times New Roman 12 pt.
• Maximum word count: 7,000 words including references.
• Use proper citation management (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero).
• Follow APA 7th edition citation and reference style.

5. Submission Process

Authors must submit their manuscripts via the online submission system. Prior registration and login are required.

6. Review and Publication

All submissions are subject to double-blind peer review. Accepted papers will be edited and formatted before publication.

7. Ethical Considerations

Authors must ensure the originality of their work and avoid plagiarism. Proper credit must be given to all sources used.
